Adele

Hey!
I'm sorry not to writte a lot those days but I'm in exams period so.... Here I am!
So today I want to talk about Adele's transformation. Isn't she amazing?
I really like her. Her voice is just from another planet. I can't even define it. I only know that when I hear one of her songs, goosebumps appears.
And during all these year's of  beeing a star, she grew up. She's more confident and I'm so happy for her. Since she started to be famous, she has lost 60kg (we are talking about nearly my weight!). Today I have read that she has just become more healthy. She eats better, she does more exercise and the most important, she stopped to smoke (Alleluuyah!). I applaud her. She did a great job.
Last day, there was the NRJ music awards. I just wanted to watch it because of her, because I knew that she would sing. It was spectacular.

GreenTea

Hey there!

I just want to talk about one of my favourite thing on the world: Green tea.
You know, I'am always drinking teas, and I looove it.
I really like green tea. It's soo tasty and it has too much benefits too!
- It is said thatit helps to built and preserve bone.
- It is going to boost your inmunnity.
- It increase burning fat
- It lower stress
- It prolongs your life
You can take green tea with different tastes! I love one green tea which I discovered last year. It's green tea with pineapple with guarana. It's fruity, it smell so good and the taste is... AMAZING.
Another green tea that I drink a lot is Green tea with mint. It's fresh and I drink it like it was watter: everyday. Sometimes, after eating a lot, like a cheat meal, I drink Green tea (the classic one). That makes me feel better, less bloated.

1 month

Hey guys!
only one month for me to travel to Germany! I'm so happy.
I have to be studying right now, but I just realized that in 30 days I'm going to meet one of my bestfriends! He's actually french too, but he's doing an "erasmus" year in Munich (Germany).
I know him since we were 10 years old (long time ago). He's adorable. He's the smartest guy in the world. But he stress with everything. It doesn't matter what, but everything has to be perfect, under control. I really apreciate him. Those kinds of things make me laught. All that stress make him adorable!
I don't have much time, so have a nice day guys:)

Morning Tea

Hey everybody!
Today I want to talk about my "transformation". I don't know, so much people is asking me how I lost weigth those times. I am going to explain you everything.
During my first year of my studies, I got fat. A lot. About 10kg. Before my physiotherapist studies, I was a rower girl. I had to train 6 times per week and train hardly. I ate a lot (healthy food, of course, but a lot). So my first year in Spain was hard for me. I continue to eat as much as before, but I wasn't training as hard as before. So in 3 month, I took 10 kg more. I started to eat less, but it didn't work. I took another 2kg and my metabolism was slower than it had to be.
At the and of this year, I decided to change. I wasn't confortable in my body, I hated it.
During all the summer I followed a strict diet. I only lost 2kg. I wasn't happy of the result. all my hard work didn't work at all. Then I decided that I couldn't do a lot more to change my body, so I wanted to start loving me. I continue to eat well (healthy food), but I hadn't follow the strict diet. I continue to work out and sometimes, I ate some fast food!
At the end of my second year, I lost 6kg more and took 5kg of muscles.
During this summer, I hadn't time to work out because my summer practices of physiotherapy. I did them in a football team, so I had to work out (they were so much bigger than me)! They were great times... At the end of summer I lost another 2 kg. I get motivated!
At the beginning of this year, I started to go to the gym with another girl. Since then I go to the gym everyday, she gives me advices for meals and have such good times together! I met my workout buddy! I haven't lost more weigth but I can see changes on my body. I guess that all the fat has been transformed in muscle.
Now everybody is asking me how I did, what's my secret. Perseverance is the answer.
Don't ever quit.
